Benefit Concert

On Saturday, April 12, 2008, Mel Tillis will be performing a benefit concert at 8:00pm at the Gulfstream Motel & Marina in Steinhatchee, Florida. Mel has invited his friends and other country stars to attend the fishing tournament. Check our website periodically to see who else will be here. The entire weekend is sure to have surprises in store.

    New this year, is our boat raffle to benefit the Shriner's Hospitals for Children, tickets are only $10 each. You will need to buy then now because only 3000 raffle tickets are being sold.

    Boat rides are available for charitable donations to go to the Shriner's Hospitals for Children. So come out and get a boat ride on the beautiful Steinhatchee River and help out a child.

    Due to last year's success, we are having another silent and live auction of one of a kind items donated by the celebrities. Check our website periodically to see what items are being donated.

    Fishing Tournament

    Only $75 entry fee per person with up to $22,500 Payback (click for entry form).

    Tournament Entry booth will be open Friday April 11th. Forms and entry fee may be paid the day of tournament at Gulfstream Marina.

    The tournament will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2008 from Safelight until 4:00pm.

    Bagged lunches will be avaiable for anglers but must be reserved in advance,

    Beginning at Noon, face painting, a clown, lemonade stands and fishing for the kids. The weigh-in will begin at 4:00pm and will conclude with the announcement of the winners at 6:00pm.

    Fun For The Entire Family All Weekend

    On Friday we will begin our silent auction that will run until 6:00pm on Saturday. The announcements of the winners will be held at that time and we will also have a live auction then too. We have some of the larger one-of-a-kind items for the live auctions. The auctions will include signed prints, signed guitars, autographed memorabilia and some art from our favorite stars.

    Don’t forget all the proceeds from these events will benefit The Shriners Hospitals for Children and the local Steinhatchee School so come and enjoy yourself. This event is for the whole family to enjoy.
